万塞讷(Vincennes) · 整套出租单元 · 2室2床1.0卫 · 可住4人 · Upstairs get away
Still a bit of a work in progress, improvements being made every day. This is a 2 bedroom upstairs apartment in a building from the 1800s; it definitely has character and a lot of history! Centrally located near Rotary point. Once owned by William Henry Harrison. Once was a pickle factory. Was the home of my Grandparents when my father was born. The building is the original home of Grundman Shoes, which later built and moved into their new building next door in the 50’s. You have access to the entire upstairs 2 bedroom apartment.
There is a Walgreens and Little Ceasers within a block. The campus of Vincennes University is 5 blocks down Harrison Street, which is located along the Wabash River for a nice stroll that extends from Kimmel Park to George Rogers Clark Memorial/Lincoln's bridge. There is a gift shop a block away.
Parking is available on the street, down the ally in the empty lot or across the street along the car wash…..plenty of options.
