This modern flat is located in the new Carlotta apartment building in the centre of Charlottenburg. Designed by the Berlin architects Grüntuch-Ernst, the apartment building was newly opened in 2023 and offers 8 flats of different sizes from 32 - 246 square metres. This flat has a kitchen area with a small kitchenette, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a walk-in shower. In a room at the front of the flat there is a shared laundry area with free washing machine and tumble dryer. The flat has high-speed WiFi and is easily accessible by lift. Enjoy the luxurious comfort of our COCO-MAT beds, handmade from natural materials. The hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are from the fine natural care products from the St Pauls collection by Frama.

Perfect apartament in many aspects. Enough of space. Warm bathroom floor. Very quiet neighbourhood.
The apartment is absolutely brilliant. It’s conveniently located close to a major U-bahn station and getting anywhere in Berlin is really easy. The apartment itself is ultra modern and perfectly furnished. The best part of my stay was the host (Johannes) who is the nicest, friendliest and most helpful guy in Berlin. He went above and beyond to help me with all of my requests (including excellent recommendations for sights to see in Berlin) and the service was exceptional. At the bottom of the building is an amazing coffee shop and be sure to check out the cocktail bar (Lovis) on the same block. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to anyone coming to Berlin. It’s a perfect 5 star rating.
Ich habe meinen Berlin-Trip in der großartigen Wohnung in den Carlotta Apartments voll und ganz genossen. Man merkt gleich, dass hier Profis am Werk sind. Alles ist perfekt durchdacht und gestaltet. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und hat eine perfekte Größe, die ich mich auch für längere Aufenthalte einmal vorstellen kann. Die Architektur des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig und zeichnet sich durch wenige edle Materialien aus, was in der Einrichtung fortgesetzt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das grandiose Bett. So luxuriös schläft man in den wenigsten guten Hotels. Die Lage nah am Lietzensee lädt zu einem entspannten Spaziergang oder zum Verweilen in einem der hübschen umliegenden Cafés ein. Tatsächlich muss man sich aber gar nicht weit bewegen. Gleich unten um Haus wird in der Lotta Tagesbar für das leibliche Wohl der Gäste gesorgt. Hier kann man dem Trubel der Stadt in dem Innenhof des Hauses gut entfliehen. Volle Empfehlung und Danke ans Team!
