Hôte très accueillante, réactive, disponible, soucieuse du bien être de ses vacanciers. Appartement d'une propreté irréprochable, situé au 1er étage, spacieux, lumineux, très joliment meublé et décoré, très bien équipé, conforme au descriptif, situé au calme, avec une place de parking gratuite, devant le bâtiment. Literie très confortable avec un lit King size dans une des chambres et 2 lits jumeaux dans l'autre. Climatisation dans chaque pièce. Moustiquaires. Grande terrasse équipée de bains de soleil. Serviettes de plage fournies. Fond de placard très fourni, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et de belles attentions à l'arrivée. Check in avancé et départ tardif possible. Appartement très bien situé, possibilité d'aller à la plage à pied. Très belles plages à proximité. De belles randos au cap Greco et les "sea caves" à découvrir absolument. Supermarchés à proximité accessibles à pied + pharmacie. Une très belle découverte. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter.

Amazing apartment in Ayia Napa - 10/10 recommend. Apartment was spotless and felt like home immediately. Elena and her husband welcomed us very warmly and were incredibly accommodating. Location of the apartment is perfect - nice walk to the beach, supermarkets are close by, and you can also walk to the city center. Would come back any time :)

Excellent stay in this place! Very beautiful apartmant, exactly as in description, spaceous and very clean, ammended with good style and with all that you need for your comfort. Large balcony with morning sun and nice view to wild mimosas with birds singing. You can feel that the host Elena had prepared everything for you- even the smallest things, so that you feel at home - even the candles and and small sewing kit, and of course fully equipped kitchen, all dishes, tableware, tea, coffee, cooking oil, everything that you can imagine. Elena was very helpful, she met us and showed everything around. She treats her guests with great care, as we were welcomed with fresh fruit and beautifully laid table! The location is very good, nice pool 70m from the building- available any time! (beautifully lighted in the nightime as well, so we had also a romantic night swimming :). Walking distance to Nissi beach ~500m. Would love to stay here again!

Elena and her husband, Vladimir were great! Very funny and caring couple :) Waiting for me at the apartment to check-in and communicated responsively from the very beginning. Internet was fast, highly recommend
