Charming Tiny House on the same farmstead with a cozy farmhouse. Our property is situated in a peaceful rural area. Guests staying enjoy shared access to the fishing pond and interact with our friendly donkeys. Relax on the deck or in the hot tub, and/or enjoy a bonfire under the stars. Several attractions are within a 30-40 minute drive.This is great place for a couple, friends or a romantic getaway.. No WiFi, Local TV stations are avaiable as well as a DVD player with an assortment of movies. The Tiny House is approximately two hundred and fifty feet from the farm house. The farm house is also a short term rental property.

Enjoyed the quiet romantic setting. House was cute with a spacious bathroom and large shower.
We had a terrific time at the little house. Chris was very helpful when we had questions. The fishing 🎣 was a blast once we figured out they like the dry fish food on the hook! Such fun! We love the donkeys, too, and gave them carrots 🥕 and apples 🍎!
We had a lovely stay! It was a great value. The house was so clean and comfortable. The surroundings are peaceful and relaxing. Our favorite part was the firepit and the sweet donkey’s. Highly recommend this affordable getaway only about an hour and half from the northern parts of D/FW.
We had a great time in the tiny house. It was a nice restful getaway. We loved the donkeys, the hot tub, and the fire pit. Chris was responsive to all our questions and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out.
Our stay was amazing! The donkeys and the fish pond were so cool! It was so much fun feeding the fish! 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
