Was as listed, clean, above shops in town, shared bath and kitchen, not very sound proof though. Easy checkin. I booked this for the day prior to the Eclipse, normal price. I looked to see if available after I booked for the next day in case I needed and it went up from 70 to 400 some a night. They also had another room avail and that also went up to 400 after I booked mine. Insane, would not have stayed here if it was that price, not worth it.
