When we arrived there was no key for the self checkin and we had to wait 40 minutes past check in time for someone to get us a key in the pouring rain. BUT THAT IS NOT THE WORSE .. The worse is when we entered the apartment it smelled like a very bad public gas station bathroom, hair all over the bidet and floor and the toilet even had dried poop on the rim. the Kitchen floor also had debris on it. There was a large part of the corner ceiling that had mold on it. This place was not clean and impossible to stay in with the strong smell of urine coming from the bathroom. We contacted the owner and sent pictures and asked him to come to the apartment to see for himself. He stated that he was not in the area and the cleaning lady said the apartment was clean and it was not a dirty bathroom ,,,that the bathroom was built that way??? What does that even mean?? He told us to just leave if we did not like it. So we found another place to stay, he is making us file a claim for a re

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Giovanni questo fine settimana. L'appartamento è in posizione ottima in un punto molto bello di Gaeta, pieno centro, con il parcheggio a due passi. L''abbiamo trovato pulitissimo e ordinato. Anche il self check-in è stato semplicissimo. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva. L'ambiente notte sul soppalco con il soffitto altissimo e particolare, è estremamente accogliente. Consigliatissimo!

Fantastic stay. The apartment and town was just lovely. Great little roof terrace too which catches the sun from early morning.
