大伦敦 · 民居里的独立房间 · 2室2床2.0卫 · 可住4人 · Spacious 2-Bed Primrose Hill Charm
This apartment offers panoramic views of Primrose Hill, ensuring complete privacy without shared spaces. Only a quick walk from the leafy village and shops, the hill offers great views of London's skyline, next to Regent's Park and just a brief walk from Camden Town. Moreover, it provides convenient access to the city's major transport links. This flat is part of a house owned by our family for 3 generations, adding a layer of heritage to its alluring charm. A true gem and great location facing the Park, the property comprises 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms (1 bath + 1 shower), a large living space with open plan kitchen. Fully equipped also for mid-long stays, the main bedroom leads to the patio garden through French doors, and has exclusive use of the front patio.
People are always reminded to how pretty Primrose Hill is.
Walking across the bridge from Chalk Farm tube station, one is met by the yoga hub “Fierce Yoga” setting the vibes to this very laid back community. Once on the other side, you'll find an architecture adorned with pastel macaron-painted houses, carefully selected bohemian boutiques, and bustling streets teeming with independent restaurants, cafes, and pubs. People enjoying a day out whether it is a Monday or a Saturday, this part of London is a little slice of village loveliness. A Notting hill without the crowds.
Primrose Hill Market
The Saturday farmers’ market is colourful and bright, with all the fresh produce fit for the area’s impossibly attractive residents; keep an eye out for celebrities while cheese picking.
Primrose Hill
Beyond the market, there’s a lot to explore. Despite its cupcake size, the area between funky Camden Town and Regent’s Park has charm and character everywhere.
Primrose Hill Restaurants
The Primrose Hill restaurants, for example. From staples like vegetarian “Manna" to Asian-inspired “OKA”, and the New York Style bagels, there are unique offerings all over the neighbourhood.
“Odette’s” is famous for Bryn Williams’ Modern European cuisine, and “Lemonia” always warms people up with its delicious Greek dishes.
Primrose Hill Cafes
“Primrose Bakery” serves lovely cakes and sweet treats while “The Little One” lives up to its name as it doles out coffee and crepes from a tiny counter.
Head to “Sam’s cafe" for a slice of french charm hidden behind bistro curtains and friendly waiters.
Primrose Hill Pubs
Then come the pubs. “The Engineer” is one of the best pubs in Primrose Hill if not in London, not least because of its leafy garden.
The best pub food in Primrose Hill can be found at “The Lansdowne”. Pizzas is great and try to sample a different one every time you go.
“The Princess of Wales” is a great place to catch up over a pint after a walk in the park, too. It has great decor and a cozy atmosphere.
Streets and Squares
Scattered among the pubs are pink and purple houses and long rows of white columns punctuated by bright red and blue doors. It’s like Notting Hill, only without the tourist crowds.
Regent’s Park Road
Up on Regent’s Park Road, is the high street.
But the most beloved shop on the high street is Primrose Hill Books, a more subdued shop that people visit more than any other place on Regent’s Park Road.
The Park
A mighty view on London skyline, walking up Primrose Hill is an experience in itself! An extension of Regent’s Park, the grassy slope offers incredibly unique panorama of the city in what is the loveliest part, and of one of the prettiest neighbourhoods in London.
Chalk Farm tube station on the Northern Line is an easy 7 minutes walk from home, to Leicester square/Covent Garden.
All essentials are within walking distance from home, as is Regent's Park and Camden Town. Bus route aim towards Baker Street, and Marble Arch. The Zoo is an easy stroll beyond Primrose Hill park, before the running track for those aiming for the daily run.
Electric bikes -Limes- can be found everywhere.

Welcome to our home in London, treasured across three generations. I'm Riccardo, an investment executive in real estate, and with my sister Maria Sole, interior designer, we've crafted a retreat in the heart of Primrose Hill, where Italian heritage meets Victorian charm. Beyond grand gestures, it's about comfort, city pulse, and creating cherished memories "on the Hill". Our commitment is an invitation to join our story. Riccardo & Maria Sole
