Our 103 m² Three-Bedroom Suites have been furnished to our highest modern standards and can accommodate up to six people. Our amenities include a fully furnished kitchen and three separate bedrooms, two of which have cosy box-spring beds measuring 2 metres and the third has two further single beds (90 cm each) to ensure you get plenty of rest. The room layout is rounded off by your own bathroom to make you feel at home. A special highlight, however, is the built-in air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant room climate even on hot summer days. All guests also have access to a communal terrace on the 6th floor. In case of dirty laundry, you have the option of washing your clothes in the communal laundry room. Your Suite therefore offers everything you need for a stay with us. Please note: We have several Suites at this property, each designed to give you a comfortable place to stay - while our style & amenities are consistent, the layout, and design may vary.

Excellent appartement très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. Très bel intérieur, avec en prime, une terrasse commune qui donne une vue superbe sur Vienne ! Si nous sommes de passage, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
Die Wohnung ist in einem großen schönen alten Haus direkt an der Straße am Donaukanal. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants in der Nähe, U-Bahn über die Strasse. Wie erwartet keine richtige AirBnB-Atmo, da es sich um ein komplett "remote" geleitetes Haus handelt, in dem viele Wohnungen sind. Zugang elektronisch, dadurch zum einen praktisch aber auch etwas unpersönlich und anonym. Wir waren um 13:30 Uhr vor Ort, ein etwas früherer Check-In war aber leider nicht möglich. Wohnung sehr groß und so wie auf den Fotos. Sehr luxuriös, sehr sauber. Küche nur begrenzt nutzbar, da abgezähltes Besteck und Geschirr, teilweise auch <6 Teile. Man merkt eben, dass hier normalerweise niemand wohnt und es dementsprechend etwas lieblos ausgestattet ist. Superbequeme Betten, tolle Bäder und im 6.Stock sehr ruhige Lage, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster problemlos. Eine große Schranktür hing schief in den Angeln, es war aber genug Stauraum vorhanden. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden!
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, da wir auf einem Konzert in der Nähe waren, konnten wir alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Top.
Logement très spacieux et agréable à vivre, à proximité immédiate du métro. Très bien placé. Nous avons été ravis!!
Only drawback was there weren’t too many attractions within walking distance. But overall Very large apartment with separate bedrooms, clean and tidy with kitchen and table, equipped with three toilets and 2 bathrooms so no need to queue at all

The abundance of museums and proximity to the Volkstheater literally invite you to experience the Austrian capital in all its splendour. Along charming little streets and local shops, you will find cosy cafés that are ideal for a relaxed afternoon coffee with a pinch of Viennese charm. Thanks to the Roßauer Lände underground station, you can also reach the rest of the city in just a few minutes, making your journey by public transport extremely convenient.
