Gostamos muito das instalações, do conceito arquitetônico, do sossego e da atenção e gentileza da hospitaleira. A Inês se preocupa em bem atender e capricha tanto na estrutura do Studio quanto na orientação de uso das instalações. Bom gosto e qualidade. Voltaremos.

A Inês é uma querida e a comunicação é ótima e ela responde super rápido. O studio é lindo, igual anúncio, fora os mimos maravilhosos que a Inês nos oferece! A escada para o quarto é um desafio rs, mas a gente se acostuma rapidinho. Além disso, é muito bem localizado e os jardins e deck são um charme, muito bem cuidados! Recomendo muito e voltarei com ctz! Obrigada Ines! ☺️

My partner and I stayed in Inês’ apartment for a total of three weeks. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, with a respectful host - that was definitely not our experience there! Before we booked the studio, I visited the property and were shown around by the host. Everything looked alike to the pictures, and the host was very clear with me that she was very strict about guests not taking any photos or videos on the property. She said it was very important to her to protect the privacy and tranquility of the space. I was impressed that she took the peace of her guests so seriously, so you can imagine our surprise when our privacy and sense of safety/tranquility were repeatedly disturbed by the host herself! >>>>>>>>>>HOST ENTERS THE STUDIO WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION MANY TIMES<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< Inês had not informed us beforehand that the wifi for the entire property (5 studios) was located in our studio. From the start, there were repeated problems with the internet. Of course, we understood the necessity of her entering the studio we were renting in order to fix the problem! But instead of coordinating with us about an appropriate time to enter our studio, she would show up unannounced, loudly knock, and insist on entering whether we were ok with it or not. On one of the first days of our stay she interrupted an important private phone call my partner was on, and from then on we experienced regular intrusions into our privacy despite asking her to respect our consent to enter. Whether or not she was wearing a mask, she would come in and speak to us within 1.5m. We frequently found ourselves unable to keep 1.5 meters within the small space. Her reasons ranged from fixing things, to delivering some coffee cups, to sharing comments or observations which we didn’t find particularly relevant to us. Since we were bulldozed by her insistence on entering, and our requests for her to respect our consent didn’t land, we tried to manage our discomfort and preserve our relationship to our host for the remainder of the stay by trying not to be too bothered by the intrusions. Regardless, we became increasingly uncomfortable with the lack of privacy, and began to worry about the security of the space. The peace that we expected during our stay was not only broken by these intrusions, but also by her yelling in the corridor of the property which connects all the studios. Throughout the day she would loudly call for the person she hired to clean the property, in our opinion, also in a non-polite manner. Once she knocked while we were resting in bed, then entered using her own key within SECONDS of knocking. Right before she opened the door, we heard her say to a person with her that she didn’t think we were there. We didn’t have any time to wake up and respond, let alone get dressed before she let herself in! Although we had previously communicated when she would barge in that we felt uncomfortable, and/or that it wasn’t an appropriate time for her to come in to fix something, at this point we felt the need to insist she respect our privacy, and to get our consent BEFORE entering the studio. The idea of this was so absurd and infuriating to her, that she began to yell and intimidate us to either accept that she had the right to come in whenever she felt it was necessary, or to leave the studio. We reported the case to airbnb team and we hope they can take actions of educating the space according to airbnb policies. They oriented us to share the situation in this review. We had an offsite agreement for the last week suggested by the host, and I deeply regret having agreed with it as it left us completely unprotected towards her behavior. Airbnb can't do anything even regarding to the time that we stayed and that we report now, so if the host tries to convince you doing offsite agreements, we don't recommend that at all. THE NOISE IS PROMINENT THERE for other reasons too, the side neighbor yells all the time with his family and listen to loud music by the studio’s windows. The upstairs porch is not possible to be used because an angry dog of the neighbor behind that barks constantly when it sees you. Very different from the impression she gives in the advertisement of the house. While we were staying at studio 1, WE HAD A FLOOD inside of the room in an intense raining day, we cleaned and dried the space ourselves as it happened during the night and as we were not feeling safe with the host's treatment that we consider rude towards us. In the coming morning when she came to fix the problem, she ended up suggesting that we should leave the place if we don’t agree with her non-consensual entrances, holding rude communication and interrupting us, not letting any of us speak. She finished saying: " The fact that you are bothered, bothers me." In our opinion, it is a place to avoid and there are much better options in the region.
