Perfect, clean place with excellent services and scooter rental included in the accommodation price. The only downside is the noisy air conditioning. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this place.

Our tv was continuously glitching for our first nights, and it took 2 hours until it was fixed. For the airbnb itself, it could have been better. We had our room cleaned, the floors stayed dirty, the water pressure is very low and the sofa was dirty. My friend got locked in the bathroom, which I was worried would happen to one of us when we first moved in, as to close the door to the bathroom you need to put a lot of pressure, as if the door and door frame weren’t aligned properly. When my friend got locked I turned the doorknob from the outside to open the door for her, and the whole doorknob came off into my hand. I called the man on site, he came to the room and I handed him the doorknob, my friend was eventually able to get it opened from the inside by locking and unlocking the door continuously until it opened. The host then charged us for the doorknob, I couldn’t say that this trip ended on a high note and it’s unfair to charge guests for things that are broken at their arrival.

The stay was good and a few things went against Denis which he tried to resolve. No water in the bathroom sink, water went out on and off (due to an issue with the pressure pump) breakfast didn't arrive due to confusion but Denis did his best to resolve.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Denis war angenehm. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach über die App gestaltet. Das Frühstück war lecker und immer pünktlich zur bestellten Uhrzeit. Das Zimmer war schön und größtenteils auch sauber. Lediglich auf unserer „Bettdecke“ waren zwei Flecken. Die Handtücher im Badezimmer wurden über die 5 Tage nicht gewechselt, genauso wenig wie der Mülleimer im Badezimmer. Das war ein wenig schade. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft wirklich schön und wie auf den Bildern. Die Nachbarn und die Tiere der Nachbarn sind recht laut, sodass wir oft nicht einschlafen konnten oder nachts wieder wach wurden. Trotzdem sind wir meist ausgeschlafen aufgewacht. Von der Unterkunft kann man entweder mit einem kostenlosen Roller, einem Dreirad (150 Peso) oder zu Fuß (20 min) zum Lio Beach gelangen. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön! Tipp von uns: lauft am Strand noch weit nach rechts, dann habt ihr euren eigenen Strandabschnitt nur für euch alleine! 🌴☀️
