Mike & Maria were very nice. As it is a self check in they were very flexible when we had to leave our luggages in the flat past the hour of check out. The flat is well located but the windows let the noise from the street enter the room. If you are a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend you this place (unless you don’t mind wearing earplugs during the night) Athènes is a beautiful city we will come back!

Amazing location - close to almost everything. The apartment felt like home. In general, lovely stay. If you are reading this - there’s a gyros place within a 5 minute walk from the apartment (I can’t recall the name of it but it’s very highly reviewed on Google), their chicken gyros is the best I’ve had so far. Definitely go to Stani for yogurt (which is literally downstairs). It had became our favorite place. For those that do not eat goat/lamb products, just be sure to ask if the dessert is made of goat milk or cow milk. Also, Mike and Maria recommended Avance for car rental, we didn’t use them in Athens but ended up using them in Santorini, and loved our experience with them too.

A great place to stay for the price with easy access to the metro and the National Archeological Museum. We found a fantastic new bar, Ham and Rye just a couple blocks down where you can have breakfast and coffee or a great cocktail at night.

The apartment is so close to the centre, a walkable distance and you can see a lot while walking. It looks exactly like the photos. Easy to find the location as Mike & Maria give you detailed instructions and also easy self check in. Even though I had the wrong access code at the beginning, but when I wrote them, they instantly replied with the right code and everything worked perfectly. The apartment was clean. The wifi wasn’t working properly or too weak so might not fit for business needs. The windows aren’t insulating the street noise as the apartment is on the main street, so you could hear all the cars passing by but you can just use ear plugs so wasn’t much of a problem to us.

We enjoyed Mike and Maria’s apartment. Check-in was really easy, there were clear instructions. Apartment location was good, we can walk to other parts of Athens. Price was affordable and apartment looked like the photos. Two nights there were a lot of noise, it was like a night club music. Due to this reason, I couldn’t sleep well. In the end, we understood it was coming from irresponsible neighbours. Apartment is looking to the Main Street, that’s why you hear a lot of car noise. If you have a very light sleep like me, be cautious about while booking this apartment. There is also no dishwasher and washing machine, this might be an issue if you stay more than a week. All in all, good and responsive hosts, pretty apartment in a good location.
