When you check in it was not Kayson who you will be in contact with but a person named Tiam. Waited almost an hour to check-in as the cleaning wasn’t done yet so we had to wait at the lobby. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind waiting if I was informed ahead but no information was given and we were sitting and waiting on the floor of lobby after a long day of travelling. Tiam was very unresponsive and took forever to reply, providing basically zero assistance. I thought everything else was settled but once we went in, we discovered that the wifi was down and no iron was provided (as requested days before). Tiam again had no urgency to help as the wifi was down during the entire stay and the iron only came in the next day after Tiam promised that the iron will be delivered on the first night. For the price, everything was worth it and it was a comfortable place to stay. Just hope that Tiam will be more initiative and helpful to future guest.
