This is a decent place to stay inside the city. It is a renovated building but it’s been provided with most of the amenities. AC was working well in both bedrooms. Kitchen had minimal vessels to cook with an induction stove. Bathrooms are clean and the property had WiFi. The property managers are kind enough and they also took the feedback we gave them positively. Only issue was that there is a smell of seepage/paint in the house. May be because it was kept closed for a long time. It shouldn’t be an issue if they keep the windows open for some time. A couple of bathroom fixtures need replacement which they promised they would as soon as we leave. Overall it is a good stay and recommend for family or groups.

Floors are not that clean felt dusty bath room flush gun are having leakage issue. electrical socket are not good condition. other than this it is a spacious house having option to cook and it is near to the temple.

It was spacious. Nice local breakfast restaurant across the st. We were able to check out later than 10, which was helpful. Kitchen nice. Had to ask for towels. No washing machine, they had a free laundry service. No outdoor sitting area as advertised. 1 bathroom was clean, the other wasn't. AC worked well, hot water excellent, fans good. Locks and doors were sticky, used skeleton keys. Fridge was clean & able to be set to cold. 2.5 km from train station and Meenakshi Temple, 3 km to airport so not centrally located. Curtains were not black out as advertised. Manager and host were pleasant and helpful.

A spacious 2-bedroom apartment located conveniently close to the main road with lot of options for restaurants and other shops around. Arul was helpful in recommending places to try locally for good food. He made sure everything required was made available. It was very easy to find the property. Tip: Do not follow G-Maps directly, rather look for public street signs to easily spot the property.
