This was an amazing stay at Dakota’s place! It is gorgeous, immaculate, high end appliances and well stocked. The backdrop to Snow Canyon is stunning. Close to everything. We stayed a week. We will come back. Dakota is an amazing host and communicator. We wanted to stay an extra day, however, Dakota‘s place was booked. She arranged for us to go down the street for an extra night. You’re in for a great stay.

You won't find a better place than Dakota's home. Situated in the most desirable location in Ivins, this place is the perfect jumping-off point for beautiful hikes up Snow Canyon, bike trails to anywhere your legs will take you, and strategically located in the other interesting communities around St George. But the real treat is when you come back to the home, it is spacious, well appointed with all the comforts of home. As an Airbnb host myself, I am discerning and have high expectations. Don't worry, this home has it all, and Dakota is there to guide you with local intel on what's what. Five stars isn't enough!!

We knew we would be paying a premium for the time of year we were traveling to the Ivins / St. George area and Dakota’s casita pricing was comparable to others. The space was perfect for a couple needing to be close to all of the surrounding adventures and my daughter going to school at Utah Tech. We had a blast playing pickleball and since we were there the week after most spring breakers, we never encountered anyone else on the courts. The weather wasn’t awesome but we stayed an extra day and got to enjoy the pool and spa which were great but pretty littered from all of the wind of the previous days. Dakota was super responsive and accommodating and made everything seamless. Thanks again for everything- it was perfect!
