The place was very nice, clean, good location, especially if you have an event at Nottawasaga. The beds are comfortable and kitchen well stocked. I noticed in other reviews about the loud people upstairs and yes there are children upstairs during the day and evening but the late evening and all night are 100% quiet, which is when it matters. I would recommend to others.

Pros: Beautiful Area, parking onsite. Keypad to get in, very responsive and friendly host. Place was clean, and in a gorgeous neighborhood. Internet was fast. NetFlix and Prime on the TV. There were snacks for the kids, and water and juice bottles in the fridge for us. Felt right at home! Con: Upstairs occupants were LOUD. And I mean LOUD! I understand they have small children and live there, but from 7AM until 10:30PM you could hear them jumping and running and stomping. I emphasize LOUD! If this doesn't appeal to you, know ahead of time. This is my one and only complaint. If not for this, I would stay again. Although the listing indicates "entire home", know that this is just the basement. We understood this ahead of time but listing needs to be adjusted. This is certainly not "an executive suite", but it is still a wonderful place. Suggestion?: Perhaps add a Keurig coffee machine. People will bring their own pods. Everything was perfect, just one detail for the heating, the basement was a little cold, but with all the blankets it doesn't feel it.

Clean simple basement apartment with natural light and two comfortable beds. If you’re looking for a place close to Nottawasaga Inn you can’t get much closer than this.
