Casa amplia de estilo colonial, con luminosidad natural, fresca, con patio interior y jardines donde puede descansar en confortables sillones y disfrutar de excelente relajación. Esta situada en una zona céntrica y tranquila, a solo 100 m del Parque Villuendas, a 200 m del Paseo del Prado y a 10 minutos a pie del Centro Histórico de la Ciudad. Tenemos 5 habitaciones renovadas, espaciosas, ventiladas y con aire acondicionado; amplia terraza y jardín interior con fuente de agua. Un lugar muy seguro con un ambiente realmente familiar y acogedor. Ofrecemos a los huéspedes una terraza: espaciosa y natural donde los huéspedes pueden desayunar, fumar, hablar o compartir. Ofrecemos servicios de desayuno, no incluidos en el precio de la habitación:

Amazing design very well decorated. The bedroom I stayed in, the sink two hot water feed, so no cold water. The host have to create a menu for breakfast and give the options to the guest. Also, there is a house keeper, but anywhere we went in the house, he came to sit right where we are, no privacy at all, it’s good to have a house keeper but he don’t have to be in our face everywhere we turn.
The place was nice, there was always a person in the main area so you could check-in, check-out at any time. It was clean, spacious, all furniture is white and bright. There was a conditioner. You have to pay for Wi-fi, but we stayed only one night and didn't get it anyway. The place is right on Malecon. They provide breakfast for additional charge if you like. It was nice too.
