Beautiful home. Much bigger than it appears from the street view . Tons of extras like laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Comfortable beds, all rooms with ceiling fans. Close to food and the wedding venue we were attending. Table is large enough for 8 people . Parking in gated, fenced area in the back held 3 cars. We highly recommend this place and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Bernadette’s beautiful home. It was perfect for our group of 6 (three couples); everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen has everything you’ll need in terms of dishes, glassware etc. (including a very nice welcome snack basket), the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms well-stocked with excellent products. The home is centrally located, very close to Butler University and Broad Ripple, where most of our weekend activities were (our group was visiting for a baby shower), but also close to downtown Indianapolis. Bernadette was a great hostess, always responsive and providing us with very clear house instructions (entry/exit is super easy). I would highly recommend this lovely home for your next trip to Indianapolis.

This home and host are fantastic. The house is tastefully updated and decorated. It literally invites guests to feel at home. We loved: * The great room that had a dining table for 8-10 situated end-to-end with a kitchen island with four stool-chairs. Our party was six adults and three elementary school kids. We decided to have every meal at home it was so comfortable. At night, all nine played some fun games pf Saboteur and Golf. * The kitchen everything we needed to cook and eat; appliances look new. * The bedroom arrangement was perfect for our group, flexible and affording privacy. Front and back porches for taking a break. * Bathrooms were spic and span and thoughtfully stocked, though plan ahead and bring or buy more. * We made s'mores at the fire pit, which was just outside the kitchen. Great for cleanup. * Host paid lots of attention to us without intruding. Cold bottles of water, some snacks and toiletries made us feel welcome in this beautiful and comfy space.

This is a very new renovation and a very nice place. The bedrooms are all very good sizes with lots of space. Bathrooms are excellent and also very good size. The furnace is a bit loud when it runs but otherwise no problem. All the appliances are brand new. The location was about 15 minutes from all our activities including downtown.

Bernadette’s place was AMAZING!!! It looked JUST like the photos and all of the amenities were 5 star. The adjustable bed in the downstairs master provided the best few nights of sleep we’ve ever had at an Airbnb. The linen was top of the line and at every turn she had personal touches that made us feel like we were staying in a high-end hotel. There was ample space in every bedroom and the added touch of snacks upon our arrival was a nice addition. She has done an exceptional job for being a newer host and if our family is ever in need of a place to stay while in Indy, we would definitely check for this property’s availability first. If you’re looking for something upscale and spacious, this is the place.
