We had a wonderful stay at Eva Maria apartment. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures, very clean and tidy. We enjoied a lot the spacious terrace, equipped with a dining table and sunbeds. Kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, kettle and all the essential you need if you wish to cook at home. Complimentary toilet products were available, which were enough for our 1 week stay. Finding the apartment was quite easy thanks to Eva Maria directions. Eva Maria has been proactive during the stay asking regularly if we were alright and if we need anything else. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to Los Cristianos centre and beach. We'll definitely reconsider Eva Maria apartment as we'll have the chance to be back to Tenerife.

Nous avons séjourner dans ce logement. Proche de la mer, environnement calme, facile d'accès. Hôtesse plus qu'au top, très réactif et très agréable. Les photos rendent le logement "petit" mais agréablement surprise par la taille, le logement est très bien. Je vous recommande de passer par cette hôtesse.

The location is very good, there is 24h supermarket in the building also. When we got there, there was couple of cockroaches but apparently they’re not harmful for you. We didn’t see them after the first day. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, there were stains that disappeared after couple flushes. The description said there would be breakfast ”basket” but we didn’t get any bread or marmalade or anything. Luckily there was the supermarket cause we came pretty late. The pool area is perfect. We had a car and there is lots of parking spots on the street and they’re free of cost. Anyhow I would recommend this apartment!

We stayed with Eva Marie for 8 days in December of this year. The apartment had all we needed, washing machine, coffee machine, clean and fresh. She was flexible with our checking in and out times and always available if needed. It was accessible to everything we wanted and would happily stay there again.
