Welcome travelers to this stunning, brand-new property just steps away from one of Malta's most captivating promenades. Along the promenade, you can savor scenic walks, discover idyllic swimming spots & explore a variety of delightful dining establishments. The apartment itself is a testament to exquisite design, featuring a comfortable sofa and a large SMART TV. You can also enjoy your private balcony with outdoor furnishings. WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. WIFI and Air-conditioning. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever! This is perfect for both long and shorter long rentals. Living area| Comfy sofa, with a Smart TV connected directly to the internet (Netflix, youtube etc) and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. A balcony on the front, for the private use of our guests. Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, the 1st Bedroom is a double bedroom the others are with 2 single beds. Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality. Bathrooms| 2 bathrooms, one is an ensuite and the other accessible from the living area. Lift available in the common parts. AC & WIFI Available

Great location, easy to walk everywhere, with plenty of ameneties on the doorstep. Really spacious apartment, and everything as listed. Would definitely stay again!

A nice, large apartment close to the water & boulevard in Sliema. The street front is noisy, so the balcony wasn’t much use. Two big bedrooms & bathrooms, plus a large kitchen & lounge area. There is almost no cleaning equipment to keep the place clean, a mop & vacuum cleaner would be good. The only real negative was that the apartment is pretty dark, with no real natural light, but it’s only a minor inconvenience.

The apartment needs some basic maintenance. There’s a bathroom door handle hanging off for example and a hole in the wall in the bedroom that should have a grill on the inside and outside. The grills are missing. People were noisy on the street outside and in the garage below even at night. The floors were not very clean and all the ceiling light fittings were dusty. The main kitchen light flashed constantly. Although the sockets are three pin, the appliances are two pin so without adapters they can’t be used. We reported this to Matthew, he said he would send us some the next day but it took at least 5 days for them to arrive but only after I’d sent a chaser email (that wasn’t responded to). We were charged 72 euros for cleaning. We didn’t get the apartment cleaned and we couldn’t do much as the only cleaning equipment in the place was a dustpan and brush. We were there for two weeks. No change of bed linen or towels either but I’m sure that had been promised. Overall disappointing.

The neighbourhood is also home to several parks and gardens, offering a green and peaceful escape from the city.
Sliema is well-connected to the rest of Malta, with regular bus and ferry services to the capital city of Valletta, as well as to other popular tourist destinations such as St. Julian's and Mdina. It is a lively and exciting neighbourhood with plenty to offer visitors, and our Airbnb is the perfect place to stay to experience all that Sliema has to offer.
Public transportation in Malta is affordable and efficient, with a network of buses and ferries connecting the different parts of the island. The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment, and buses run regularly to all major towns and tourist attractions.
For those who prefer to explore on foot, Sliema is a very walkable city with plenty of pedestrian-friendly streets and sidewalks. There are also several car rental companies and taxi services available in the area for those who prefer to have more flexibility and independence.
If you're interested in seeing the sights from the water, there are also regular ferry services that operate between Sliema and Valletta, as well as to other nearby islands such as Gozo and Comino.
No matter how you choose to get around, our Airbnb is the perfect base to explore all that Sliema and Malta have to offer.
