A comfortable, quiet and neat space, with private entrance. Very clean. Minutes away from shopping and restaurants. Reasonably priced, and friendly and responsive host.

After we checked out we received a damage refund request from the host, stating that we broke a storm door chain and purposely didn't tell the host. This was untrue and insulting - we are experienced Airbnb hosts/guests and would never do that. We did have trouble with the lock box checking in - if we did break the chain accidentally, we were unaware of that and certainly did not intentionally misrepresent anything. We decided to pay the $30 damage fee to avoid further unpleasantness.
