Easter Getaway: This was our 1st time staying in Atwater. We couldn’t have been more pleased with the beautiful house we rented. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and warm! The host was very thoughtful and considerate, even leaving out doggie bowls. The beds were clean and comfortable, appliances worked spot on and the neighborhood was safe, clean, and quiet. We had such an amazing stay we’re already seeing when we can make it back. This has been our 5th stay (4 in Merced) and by far, the most pleasant. I have to really reiterate that this host provided us with a wonderful, memory making opportunity for my family and I. We will definitely book this house again very soon!!!

This home is located in a court. This rental is my kids child hood home. We are very close with all the neighbors. Our neighbors also have kids of all ages and everyone plays outside together. This home is located in a safe area and everyone looks out for each other.
We are located right off he freeway. Access to applegate shopping is not far at all. There is a Walmart, Target, Bootbarn, Famous footwear, food, gas, spas, tanning and much more off of this exit. About 5 mins from the house.
