Welcome to Rumah Pulau. A newly built 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa ideally located in Uluwatu, Rumah Pulau boasts modern amenities and thoughtful touches that will make you feel right at home. Whether you're preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen or relaxing by the saltwater pool, this villa is perfect for creating memories. Set in a residential neighborhood, you're only a stroll or motorbike away from some of our favorite spots like Lands End Cafe, Ours Home, Mana and Uluwatu Beach. Rumah Pulau is a private 3 Bedroom home, made up of 2 main structures enclosed with lockable sliding doors, which share a large, open patio space and a refreshing pool with shallow end. Please note: We do not allow parties and respect our community's quiet times from 10pm-8am. There are no photoshoots or commercial filming of any kind unless arranged and approved with management ahead of time. Our home can be baby-proofed with protective fences around the pool and stairs access. Please book in advance for this service. **Nightly rates are currently discounted until May 31, 2024 in observance of construction noise nearby. Do expect noise on and off during your stay, while other times being quieter than others. Please inquire with our villa management team for more information.** Private Parking: Up to 6 motorbikes or 1 car. The Main Structure is 2 floors; Ground floor consists of the Kitchen, Living & Dining Room || Second floor consists of the Master and Guest bedrooms on with en-suite bathrooms. The ground floor is the perfect space to hangout together after a surf and a long day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area overlooks our lush garden as well as the pool area. The place was nice and the host in charge was very friendly and helpful. The location is near by to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping which made it easy for us to walk around in the main street once we come out.
We had an absolutely amazing 10 night stay at Rumah Pulau! From check-in to check-out everything felt extremely easy, no question or request was too much, and our contact Jess was more than accomodating during our stay, helping us with restaurant recommendations, nanny hire, scooter hires and more. They even helped organise a pool fence hire for us during our stay as we had two young bubs we were worried about, and this gave us the extra peace of mind. As noted in the description - there is construction happening nearby, however we found it wasn’t too bad, as they usually finished up early evening, and know from past travels this is to be expected pretty much wherever you stay in Bali, so wasn’t an issue for us. We loved our stay so much we are already trying to plot our next visit!! Thanks so much Team Lola, we can’t wait to return again soon :)
My friends and I had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful villa. Our trip in Uluwatu was short but the villa location was perfect from having the beach so close to us to all the restaurants around. Katherine and also Jess were amazing. She welcomed us with a big smile and took her time answering and helping us with questions. The villa was even better and bigger in person. We never missed the sunset or the sunrise. The location was perfect for that. I highly recommend this place because it sure felt right at home. We can’t wait to visit in the future. ❤️
The place is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The artwork on the walls were especially gorgeous! Jess, the property manager, is so personable and responsive. She arranged for a chef to cook one of the dinners, laundry service and welcomed us with cold towels and icy cold flavored water. It is secluded and has some construction going around but we did not feel much disturbance during the days we stayed here. It receives our highest praise as one of the most beautiful Airbnbs that we have stayed so far. Thank you, Jess!
This place is a MUST! A beautifully designed villa, from an architectural standpoint, with a well decorated atmosphere. Absolutely stunning. This place is well located with everything within a 15 minute radius. I highly recommend this villa and host. Their team member Jess went above and beyond to ensure our travels were free of any worries and she accommodated every request we had while she was at work and during her time at home. You'll meet some of the most neighborly people in our residential community. Walk outside the front door and you may meet Uluwatu legends doing their daily cow feed. A short 10 minutes walk away, you'll find the stunning picturesque limestone cliffs of Uluwatu with amazing sunset views. Within 5 minutes drive is the famous Suluban / Uluwatu Beach.
