Welcome to Maremma! The property is surrounded by a large well-kept garden of over 1000 square metres with holm oaks, olive trees and hundreds of typical Maremman plants. The materials used for the exterior such as wood, stone and terracotta are in harmony with the garden, in the middle of which there is a large swimming pool of 12m x 6m equipped with sofa beds and hot shower, ideal for swimming and relaxing. A few metres away you will have free access to the breakfast patio. The Deluxe room has a balcony offering a splendid view of the Diaccia Botrona reserve. It has a large private bathroom, air conditioning, television and free wi-fi internet access. The furnishings are in Maremma style, as are the colours of the rooms, which range from yellow to red to green. Every day we prepare biscuits, cakes, tarts, cheese cake and other sweets for breakfast the following day, using butter, very fresh eggs and local products. The fruit we provide is also partly from our own production and partly km0. We offer an exclusive catering service to our guests with a fixed menu that changes daily based on the use of fish, fresh meat and seasonal vegetables that our territory offers us.
