Due to my not having any Wi-Fi or internet that day it was really difficult to communicate and find the house, also I couldn’t get onto the house Wi-Fi because I had no password. My problem due to family circumstances on the day and no time to plan my journey beforehand. It was a long way -22 minutes not 10 minutes drive as stated from the hospital, in fact south of the river and a complicated one way system through the centre of town, stressful because I needed to have as much of my time as possible on the ward in hospital and we got very lost finding the house after dark. However when we met Chigozie next morning he was very friendly, also another guest and a colleague who eventually let us in. However it was a broken night due to partying in the early hours and hearing every footstep above us. No loo roll and toilet bin not emptied and no lamp shade, also could not open the window. Bed was comfortable and nice sheets, shower gentle. No extras or bedside table lamp but all clean

The overall experience was okay. Few things that were not like the way I expected. 1. The heater was not always available. When I asked so I was told that it has timings. However, I didn't see any timings while booking. 2. I was confused about parking. I asked the host 1 day before but never got a response for that.

Nice relaxing room, clean and in a great location. Short walk into the town centre. Just what you need for a getaway trip. Would definitely stay again
