In Zentrumsnähe. Alfredo hat sich viel Mühe gegeben, dass ich eine gute Zeit habe. Er hat mir angeboten etwas mit ihm zu unternehmen, was leider aufgrund meines Zeitplanes nicht geklappt hat. Auch seine Katze war echt süß und hat sich gerne streicheln lassen.

Alfredo, Jessica and Sunny embraced me like an old friend and I've had fabulous two days in Punta Arenas. They're such warm, giving, positive and beautiful people and they've invited me to a picnic and kayaking within an hour of my arrival. My room was cozy and peaceful and I've rested very well. We had the most amazing time with Alfredo, Yessica, and Sunny! They made us feel right at home. The second we arrived they invited us out and took us south of Punta Arenas to see some sights and walk on a beach and fly his drone! We ended up spending lots of time together during our stay. Alfredo took us out Kayaking on a beautiful river followed by asado! We also went out to eat crab empanadas together on our final day! The room itself was very cozy and spacious. Lots of blankets and a heated blanket to stay warm. The wifi also works very well and was loading videos easily if you need to work remotely. They are also so amazing and patient if you are looking to practice your Spanish. We are already planning to come visit again and highly recommend booking this place! Thank you for everything! 🐱☀️❤️

Alfredo is very helpful on my ferry online ticket booking since the webpage is in Spanish. In addition breakfast is also provided which was a surprise.

Great host. Calm place in a residential locality but walkable to facilitees. Nice breakfast with flexible time. there is a super friendly car and so may not be ok for cat allergy prople
