Centrally located, this townhome is an ideal location for medical professionals and travelers looking to explore Charlotte. This is a private floor on the 4th level with a queen bed and private bathroom. There is digital lock with PIN code on the door for your privacy. The room has a new mattress, bedding and towels, with plenty of closet storage and morning sun. The rooftop patio is right out your door, with a hammock for you to enjoy.

Shawn is an awesome person. He'll leave you alone or sit and talk with you. I had a couple great conversations with him.
Place is clean, everything looks neat, only stay for a night but it felt like home. Will definitely book again. Forgot to add it was also peaceful. Love it

Here you are 12 mins to uptown, incl. the Charlotte convention center. 10 minutes to Bojangles Coliseum. 10 minutes to Southpark Mall (that would be your premier upscale mall), 20 minutes to the airport, and 30 minutes to the Whitewater Center (that's your world premier outdoor center featuring 1,300 acres to run, paddle, ride, climb, with yoga and live music). Other popular neighborhoods are close by, Noda and Plaza Midwood, as are many restaurants and music venues such as the Fig Tree Restaurant.
If you are a medical professional, you're 10 minutes to Atrium Health Mercy Hospital, and 12 minutes to Levine Children's Hospital.
Getting around is easy, it's a quiet neighborhood with huge trees that shade most of it. There is a rooster a few doors down, and yes you'll hear him in the mornings but honestly he's kinda cool, gives us that country vibe in the city. Parking is on a quiet side street right in front of the building.
