The location is great! The apartment was clean. It’s on the 18th floor and there is only one elevator (at this building entrance) but we never waited more than a couple minutes for the elevator. The beds are very comfortable if you like a stiff bed. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a while in the bed here. When we arrived the door did not work. We don’t have wireless service so we headed down to McDonalds to use their WiFi to message the hosts. Although this was annoying, because we were exhausted from a 20 hour journey, the hosts responded quickly and remedied the problem. We also didn’t realize we needed to turn a switch on to get the hot water heater engaged. A note on this would need nice. Lastly the toilet upper tank stopped filling with water. The hosts advised us to use a pale from under the sink to fill the tank. It wasn’t the worst thing in the world but it probably should have been remedied with a more permanent fix. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

The location is very convenient that it is only a minute walk from Fortress Hill Station. Going to Causeway Bay is fast too. I like living on Hong Kong Island more. The stay is cozy like home. The kitchen is nice that I cooked there. It’s well equipped that there are rice cooker and microwave. There are some good food choices nearby too. Good to have washing machine too. The washroom is clean. Beds are comfortable too. The host answered my questions fast. Good experience!

Good price and location. Newly renovated and everything is tidy. The host is nice with clear instruction and fast response. Looking forward to visiting again.
