Our family of 5 absolutely loved this apartment. It is perfectly located near the marble arch, Hyde park, Oxford st. It was better than we expected. Highlights were that: - it is very spacious, brand new, super clean, and beautifully decorated. - three large beautiful marble bathrooms with excellent water pressure and heated towel hangers. - washer/dryer and dishwasher - the staff were so kind and helpful - convenient bag storage if you arrive early (they let us check in early!) - convenient restaurant/bar for tea, a quick meal, and deserts upon return from a long day - perfectly located. We loved our daily walks to meet dogs, birds, and people at Hyde Park. - easy access anywhere by tube, Uber, and on foot. Thank you to Paul and the entire staff for making this a comfortable and unforgettable vacation for our family.

Excellent central location and spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Paul was extremely helpful as were staff at the hotel. We will definitely use again.

Wonderful location. Roomy, brand new apartment. Connected to Leonard Hotel which was also nice. Note that the stairs going down to apartment are a bit narrow and steep, might be difficult for those with mobility challeges. We really enjoyed our stay abd Paul was a great host, as was the lovely staff at the Leonard hotel.

Thank you so much for a great stay. The appartment was ideal for 8 ladies celebrating a friends 40th. We had the best time and will be using paul again.
