Explore: There are unlimited locations to visit here in Vancouver. Most of them are minutes away from the home. One I would recommend is exploring the coffee shops here, they all offer a different experience and much to remember. There are a variety of restaurants, I would recommend traveling to waterfront and trying out Stack 571. I also offer a great opportunity to go hiking and visiting local parks with a park pass that I provide. Please text me about it and I will get you the pass. Jet Ski Rental: I offer a brand new 2024 See-Doo Jet Ski for rent. It is an awesome toy for the summer, fully loaded with speakers, surfing mode, and fits 3 people. Special Occasions: I would like to mention if you are traveling for any special occasion, we have the "special occasion offer" to set up the home anyway you in-vision it. Marcus is a great host! Super responsive and when we had an issue he was quick to help us fix it. The place was clean and beds were comfortable, it was just what we needed! One thing to note, the exterior of the home is very well lit which is great, but if you’re sensitive to light when trying to sleep, you may benefit from a sleep mask :-)
Upon arrival to the space I had a little trouble with the ac & WiFi but Marcus was extremely proactive! His responses were always timely and even stopped by to help me out which i greatly appreciated! He’s very kind & welcoming & the space felt like home I have zero complaints.

First time using Airbnb. Marcus is extremely efficient. I booked the place the same day I needed it not knowing he had 24 hrs to respond. He responded rapidly and allowed us to stay the same day. It could have been a disaster. Marcus is very kind, respectful and genuine. I’m very grateful he made my first experience with Airbnb a success.

The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. Safe place for family's and kids. Hospital across the street and grocery stores down the street. Beautiful community and atmosphere.
Once you get to the location you can park either on the street or the few parking slots around the building. The neighborhood has low traffic and is quite easy to get around. Everything you need is super close.
