This place has been perfect for my family. It is very, very clean. In a great, safe area of Valdosta that doesn’t have much traffic. It’s in a central location to restaurants, shopping, VSU, the hospital, and near an I-75 exit. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Also, Boog & Young Property Management has been stellar to work with. They are responsive and have excellent customer service.

This was a perfect place for us to stay. Quiet, cozy, clean and near many places of interest. We will be coming back to Melvin’s home the next time we are in town.

I went on Thanksgiving week to visit my that is stationed at the Airforce Base there. The place was very nice clean and plenty of things to do close by. I will definitely stay there again.

This home was very nice, smelled fresh and brand new. Even though the pictures online are nice, it looks even better in person. All of the appliances, linen, and furniture seemed to be brand new. There’s a tv in every room that’s equipped with popular streaming apps, which was really convenient. The neighborhood is pretty peaceful even though it’s really close to the movies/mall area. Checking in/out was fairly easy and the instructions were clear and concise. 3 br/2 ba that could easily fit a whole family long term if needed. I’d definitely stay here again!
