I had a great stay at Francis's place, thanks to the hosts Victoria and Seth! They were so sweet, and accommodating. They were always responsive with any question or concern/issue. And they checked on me daily to make sure I was okay. Victoria even had birthday banners hanging for my arrival, which made it extra special. As for the place–it was exactly as pictured, including the private rooftop, which was nice and spacious with lots of chairs if you had guests come over. The air conditioning was nice and cool and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Also, the plugs in the rooms were universal which added a nice touch. My only criticism would be the beds– they were very hard and there's only a bed spread, so next time I'd just bring a sheet and be prepared for the hard mattress, lol. Victoria even sent us home with a gift; how thoughtful! I would definitely stay here again.

No internet connection during my stay though this was due to a National outage I think feedback to guests on the troubleshooting process instead of waiting for your guest to contact you ( P.S guest has never lived in Accra before) AC in two of the room was not cooling, this was reported but nothing was done, power outage *2 but again was told there were some works being done on the electricity supply to the area. The two out of three of the bathrooms had dirty marks on the floor (this was not used) The house generally looked like it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest, might be helpful to change cleaners or supervise cleaning. To be honest service was poor but thanks for letting us check out late. Mr Seth was helpful and Mama was kind

The house is beautiful! There is a maintenance man that live near by and is available whenever you need anything. We locked a key inside and the maintenance man showed up within 5 minutes to help. The house is perfect and is safe due to the locked gate! You have the key to the gate. I loved the home!!
