This gorgeous GOLD fortified new construction beach house also has a main level den, dining/kitchen area with three bedrooms. This area also features a laundry room/pantry with double washers and dryers. Upstairs you will find five more bedrooms and another den with kitchenette (fridge w/ icemaker, microwave, sink and coffee area). But the real highlights of SEA SALT BLISS are the GULF FACING balconies with all of the sights and sounds you would expect. Grab your favorite cocktail and sit outside with the singing seagulls and waves crashing on our sugar white sand leading out to the glistening salt water while dolphins swim. Can you already smell that SALTY air? Our beach is secluded from the hustle and bustle of the condo part of West Beach Blvd so you can bike, walk or drive to any restaurant, shops etc that you want. But when you get on the beach...it's all yours!! You will never have to worry about someone setting up tents in front of you...relax and enjoy. Sometimes we can get too much sun and sand so instead of going inside to watch family play without you, grab a float and stay in vacation mode in the covered pool...This is also great on bad weather days so you can grill, swim and play games while staying protected. Parking under the house is for three cars and eight for oversized driveway to total 11 cars.
