This ultra sophisticated home was designed to bring you the most luxurious, relaxing, exclusive experience. From the moment you arrive you know your vacation has begun. Centrally located in an upscale family friendly neighborhood, minutes from dining, shopping, entertainment, and best of all the beach. This stunning villa features a total of 6 beautiful large bedrooms and 4 gorgeous bathrooms. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and two dryers. Each room features a large smart screen TV. Towels (bath, hand, and pool- no wash cloths/rags provided) and starter individual hotel sized soaps, shampoos and conditioners are supplied for your convenience. The house comes fully stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen is a a dream. There are plenty of utensils, cooking gadgets, and cookware available. Outside in the luxurious oasis of a backyard there is a beautiful Pergola with a built in gas grill (1 propane tank is supplied for the duration of your stay), sink, and prepping area . There is a dining table that seats eight. Nearby in the pool area you will find sun umbrellas and loungers both in and outside the pool as well as complimentary pool floats for your enjoyment. In the side yard you will find a ping pong table and games like corn hole and a life size connect four. In the front of the house there is a basketball half court available up until 10pm (please refrain from playing anytime after as it disrupts our wonderful neighbors). No cable! Guests can use own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc). There are a total of 4 bathrooms Living room -features a with a 70" TV Kitchen - is equipped with high-grade appliances. There is an island with a breakfast bar for up to 4 guests. It comes fully stocked with dishes, cookware, pots, and pans. There's a Keurig coffee maker with coffee, sugar, and creamer for your enjoyment. Dining Area - Large table that seats 8 guests and a built in wine fridge Laundry Room- There is a washer, 2 dryers, iron with board, and cleaning supplies available Outdoor - A private pool (pool fence is available upon prior request) with pool floats, sun umbrellas and lounge chairs inside and outside the pool. Nearby is a pergola with dining table that seats 8 guests, chairs, and a built in gas BBQ grill, with sink and prep area. On the side of the house is a ping pong table, corn hole, and life size connect four for outdoor fun. Other things to note: Pool child fence is available with advanced notice. Pool and Jacuzzi heating is available at $30 per day with a 3 day minimum. Guest must request pool to be heated at least 2 days prior to arrival. Pack and Play available (guest must supply own sheets) POOL/JACUZZI: At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter/Guest) are responsible for the safe operation of the pool and are responsible for all persons using the pool during your stay. • The use of the pool facilities during your stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to: 1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pool equipment; 2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area; 3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding; 4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pool. • You(the renter) recognize and fully understand that the above list is not a complete or exhaustive list of all possible risks and agree to TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that you have or may have in the future against the Owner, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or representatives (hereinafter referred to as the “Releasees”).
