I really liked the place, it's so cozy and felt like home, peaceful condo. Location is great too, lots to do. Room was as described and had everything you need.

First, the location is good. If you are a student, the nearby Kasetsart University is very walkable. There are a lot of little eateries and cafes - from pizza places and Starbucks to small well priced restaurants to outside food stands. There is no mall here. Second, it's a university area with lots of students and even a nearby nightclub that gets lively on the weekends. This is the "real" Bangkok. If you are a tourist looking for tourist sites, forget it! There are none here. Third, it is a small room without kitchen area, without sink in the bathroom ( there is one on the balcony, but you'd better turn off the aircon or the hot air will blow on you), and without a microwave oven. However, there is a (non-smart) tv with regular channels (watch out for the cable or you'll trip on it), and there is functioning but shared Internet. The mattress is very hard. Check-in and checkout went seamlessly and Cho was very gracious and responsive and gave us an extra pillow and some utensils.

As good as it looks. Central location with lots of cafes and restaurants. Clean room that looked exactly like the photos and complimentary water and coffee included. Will definitely come again!

The location is extreamly in central. For people willing to explore the city by walking this is perfect. I feel like the place was cozy. Host was kind persen she can help me everything. I was happy.
