This a duplex condo located at Georgetown and is Homestay Allowed Condo . This is a very unique unit, located in the middle of Georgetown city. A lot of tourist spots and famous eateries are just within 5 km radius from my place, it is easily accessible to all the places in Georgetown, Penang. Our condo is surrounded by high windows and facing the sea /city view .It offers you a panoramic sea /cityview.Enjoying the sunrise during the holiday is at the east of your finger tips. You will have the entire space during your stay to ensure your full privacy. NOT a room-sharing type unit. This grand Duplex suite comes with 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms at upstairs and 1 Share Bathroom. Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed + 1 Floor Single Mattress (3 paxs) Bedroom 2 : 1 Queen Bed + 1 Floor Single Mattress. (3 paxs) Common area Ground Floor Living Area : 1 Single Bed + 1 Floor Mattress (2 paxs) Every rooms and living room comes with air-conditioner. Ground Floor we have Living hall come with 3 seat Sofa and Smart TV. 1 Bathroom and Dining Area. It has a modern with functional kitchen . Notes : 1)Build in Oven not allow to use. 2: For Kitchen : No gas hob allowed due to safety reason, we provide portable electric induction cooker for light cook purpose. Cooking instant noodle is fine, but not frying or preparing dinner with few courses (**Penang is well known as food heaven, I would suggest you to try out the wonderful food in Penang, not to say there are a lot of eateries within walking distance from our place too! ) We do provide other amenities such as: -Free Wifi 500 Mbps -Smart TV - Iron and Iron Board - Water Heater for shower - Hair Shampoo & Shower Gel - Bath Towels - Hair Dryer - Electric kettle - Portable electric Induction Cooker for light Cook - Fridge - Diningware and Cutlery - Washer -Water Filter Others * Big Sliding Window with magnificent Sea /City view *Functional and equipped kitchen * 1 indoor basement car parks,24hrs security Others car may park at street parking with charges RM0.80 per hours and except public holiday and Sunday without charges . **IF you are NOT driving, Grab or taxi is easily available as it is located right in the middle of the Georgetown city.

We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights (6 adults and 1 kid). Before we reached the place, Denise and Mr. Philip contacted me about how to do the check in. So easy. Even I have checked in, Jaswen the owner also asked whether we’re okay or not. We felt loved and taken care by them. Once we entered the unit, we were in love instantly. The view outside is already stunned us. We also love how big the place is. They have a clean kitchen, two bathrooms, two bed rooms and one bed at the lower floor, a washing machine, a big refrigerator, a microwave, an oven (this is insane) and an electric kettle. All of us love the place so so much. The location is also very convenient, surrounded with a lot of restaurant and several shopping centres. If you plan to travel to Penang, Jaswen’s place is really recommended. My family even said we should rent another unit owned by him 😄😄. Thanks Jaswen, Denise and Mr. Philip for your hospitality. I will recommend your place to my friends.

The address of Gurney is the most expensive address in Penang.
Guest can enjoy night walking after dinner at the seaside pathway.
It's just few minutes walking distance towards Gurney Paragon Mall and Gurney Plaza.
Morning or Night this is a very lively area.
It can said that it's the most convenient stay at Penang Island because it's locate at the center of Penang island and guest can access anywhere just by Grab. We assured that guest can really enjoy their stay with us :)
Bus stop is just 5 to 7 minutes walking distance of the apartment but the frequency of bus is quite low and not punctual.
The best way to get around is by car, you can download the application called Grab. Grab works just like Uber, usually your driver will arrive within 10mins, just a great timing for you to come down from our apartment to be picked up by the Grab driver.
Fare and travelling time:
To Georgetown area is about RM10 to RM20 and takes about 5mins to 15mins depends on the area u are going.
To Penang Hill and Kek Lok Si Temple takes about 15mins to 30mins depends on traffic condition. Fare is usually below RM30.
To Batu Feringgi takes about 40mins to 50mins. The fare is usually below RM40
