The location is in the middle of noisy local wet market and Infront of local mosque. Congested honkig cars noisy 24/7. The unit has a stunning sunset, however the furniture arrangement is awful. The only window where we can see the sunset is next to the bathroom, where a couch bed is blocking our view. The building was built in a way that makes it painfully filthy, and the toilet has an offensive stench that comes from sewers. It feels like you are sleeping next to sewage sludge because the foul smell emanates from every drainage system in the house, including the kitchen, toilet and sink. It was a really bad situation. The house is tiny, with a lumpy bed in the living room and all the spaces filled with beds despite their studio-like layout. The owner's claim that it can accommodate more than four people, the terrible furniture arrangement makes it uncomfortable already for two people. And there's more: the hot shower doesn't function. Thus, brace yourself for a chilly shower here.

This is the new building just in-between Suria Sabah and Center point mall. Location is easy n convenient for everything. Very near to Gaya street for Sunday market. I will definitely come back to stay again. My kid love the swimming pool so much. No free parking but per entry only $5rm for a whole day. Good private parking compare to outside public car park. It for a small family I highly recommend it.
