SMOKING POLICY: Strictly Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment or anywhere inside. You may smoke outside in the Front Garden Area. Please dispose of Stubs in the provided disposal areas. PET POLICY: No Pets allowed unfortunately. If it is essential, please discuss directly with me and I will let you know if its is possible and the additional charge for cleaning. Other things to note There is a large construction site across the road - noise is minimal - but it affects the aesthetic. Europe's largest train station is currently being built. The windows and door of the apartment are double glazed - so you will not be affected inside.
