We stayed in Frency's place for a night. It's a house located in a subdivision. The road going there from the highway is already cemented. We enjoyed our stay, specially that their outdoor cat KimChi was around. We didn't find KimChi troublesome, but a bit mischievous when he tried to open the trash bin in the kitchen and tried to get in the house. It's okay because he's a cutie. Our stay would be perfect if there was a hot shower, electric fan & microwave for us guests who prefer not to cook. Noticeable normal wear and tear, and cleanliness could be improved. It's a 10 - 15 mins drive to the center of Malaybalay. The neighborhood is peaceful. I recommend their place for short stay and if you have a car.
