Welcome to our Fun-Size Farmhouse! Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, this tiny home farmcation provides a quiet and relaxing stay with easy access to city life! Our tiny has one bedroom, one bathroom, and sleeps three. Enjoy the open air, grill out, meet the animals, explore the fields, go fishing, take a plunge in the pool, or relax in our custom outdoor shower with cast iron tub, all with beautiful views of Lookout Mountain. We would love to host you on our family farm! ***The pool is open and will remain available until Labor Day. Access information is provided with a fee; please reach out to reserve the pool! The pool is not exclusive to the tiny home. It is available to guests in all tiny homes and glamping tents on the farm. Please note: it is a 2-3 minute walk up the hill from the tiny homes.*** Fun-Size Farmhouse is a TINY HOME. She is Tiny. All things put into her were thought out and tiny on purpose. When you enter through the digital lock pad you will have the bedroom, with a queen bed, to the right; the full bathroom to the front; the kitchen and dining area to the left. The dining area can fold down into a full size mattress providing sleeping space for 1 additional guest. ****Please note there are many animals on the property. We love them and want to respect their space. Feel free to play with the chickens and Sampson, but please enjoy all other animals from a distance!**** NOTE: Farms and animals are wonderful, but we are not liable for any injury or illness sustained from exploring the farm, including engaging with animals, swimming in the pool, fishing at pond, interacting with any wildlife, or riding or operating any equipment (yours or ours). We have a guardian Great Pyrenees who protects farm animals from coyotes. He is gentle with other dogs, but does like to play. If your dog is not friendly or doesn’t like to play, it’s probably not wise to bring your dog. We can’t put Sampson up because he has to guard the livestock. **We love our farm and know you will too! Please reach out, access information will be provided with a fee. Pool is not exclusive to this tiny home. It is available to guests in all tiny homes on the farm. Pool is a 2-3 minute walk up the hill from the tiny home.** NOTE: We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and should not disrupt your stay. Loved the farm! Hosts were extremely helpful and the Airbnb is exactly what’s pictured. Our two dogs LOVED the farm dog Sampson and played all day which helped tire them out. It is a TINY home as described, so two dogs was a little much, but knowing that our stay was perfect.
The stay on Quail Run Farms was incredible. You can walk the grounds of the farm as you like and the animals are very friendly. A lot of them would come up to the edge of their pens for a friendly introduction and pets. Sampson is a delight and a sweet heart, he walked right by my side as I adventured the walking paths. He even played with my dog during our stay. This is more than just a quick getaway, this is a whole experience; from watching the new calves with their mother cows to sharing a picnic lunch with the goats to sitting by the campfire with stars overhead. Highly recommend.

I ended up booking the place kind of last minute. throughout the stay, Joseph was very responsive and friendly with any questions or issues that I had. the place is a little hard to find if you arrive at night. unfortunately when I arrived the shower &mini fridge were a tad dirty, but Joseph was willing to fix it although it was later at night. I did later find out that the regular cleaning person had just left. I would compare it similar to glamping, so bring most items that you need ( extra towels, condiments, etc ). There is no TV; there is no oven. The staff at the farm were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The scenery was beautiful and it was nice to get to walk around & explore. Samson will welcome you and he's so sweet. The bed was comfortable. it was very beautiful to wake up to the scenery of the farm. there's a fire pit available right beside you and there's wood there for you to use. now, knowing everything, &being a bit more prepared, I'd stay again.
What an absolute delight it was to stay at the farm! The area is gorgeous, everyone is friendly, and we loved the campfire and farm fresh eggs. The heater in the tiny home is very loud and the hot water tank is small (so short showers) but they were minor inconveniences. Joseph was incredibly responsive which was appreciated. Would definitely stay here again

I started hosting on AirBnB when I was an Infantry Officer posted at Fort Benning, and my wife Rachel and I needed a way to pay our mortgage during a surprise deployment -- then we realized what a need there is for short-term rentals. Since then, I've built up a team of Veterans and Military Spouses who manage a range of properties across several markets. As I've transitioned out of the military and Rachel and I have had our own children, our mission at Patriot Family Homes of providing budget-friendly accommodation for life's precious moments has meant even more to me.
