The thoughtfully designed space features an open plan living and dining room, a well appointed bathroom, and convenient undercover carpark for one vehicle. Stay comfortable year round with the modern split system air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere no matter the season. Entertainment is at your fingertips with three smart TVs including a 77 inch in the living room. Nature enthusiasts will love the complimentary access to two kayaks and life jackets, allowing you to explore the serene river at your leisure. Also available for guests is a beach umbrella and beach towels. Well behaved pet is welcome to share in the adventure (please ensure this is requested when enquiring). Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or an active getaway, 12 Riverview is the perfect destination. There is a concierge on site should you need any assistance during your stay. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means includes a quiet period from 11pm where guests must be inside with the music turned down, this is Mornington Peninsula Shire Law. We hope that any deviation from this request will not lead to the cancellation of your stay without a refund. Your understanding and cooperation are highly valued. Sorry no hens, bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones. Shane was a lovely host, along with property mums the stay was smooth as we'd expected. Shane had done up the place in stylish decor. Easy to communicate and extremely quick responders. The location looks better in person that in the pictures.
Shane, The resident owner, was extremely welcoming and helpful. Shane has established a luxurious home away from home at 12 Riverview. Walking inside we were greeted with a beautifully appointed apartment complete with everything you could want and more. High quality appliances and linen, opulent bedrooms, deluxe beauty products and perfumes huge TV and a festive Christmas Tree to top it off. The Balcony provided a gorgeous view and perfect spot for a glass of wine after a big day out. We didn't need for anything. Shane was a very welcoming generous host/owner and we will remember our visit and his hospitality always. FIVE STARS for sure !!!
Nice, clean and spacious apartment in a quiet, peaceful spot, only a couple mins walk to the beach, or a couple mins drive to the heart of Frankston. The little creek down the back is a nice to sit in the quiet and watch the ducks go by. Would definitely recommend this place.
