Cozy sunny furnished room in shared clean apartment with good privacy and very quiet. This 3 story, renovated apartment is great bc sound doesn't travel between floors. It is within easy walking distance of downtown Winooski and near the interstate, UVM & Burlington. Big yard, off street parking, open land and a side porch with a view. 1 full sunny shared bathroom ( on 2ed floor), full kitchen, common area, washer and dryer in the basement. Air conditioning, furnished, no smoking. This is a fully furnished apartment. This cozy room, with a low cave-like ceiling is up two flights of stairs and set apart from the rest of the apartment, making it feel on it's own. It does require a shared entrance and bathroom.

Liesje is a warm and welcoming host. She is available and responsive to questions and concerns. It is a very quiet and peaceful place and there are lots of Winooski restaurants within walking distance. A great bargain.
