Sandra's place is really in a prime location if you are either doing something at the college as we were or just wanting to take in Laramie 's quaint little downtown area. It is literally walking distance to either place (our 3 teenagers walked to dinner just a few blocks away while my wife and I drove), and there is also a grocery store just a few blocks away. The house itself is very comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had 5 people there and we fit quite comfortably. I also cooked a full pancake in the kitchen this morning which was no trouble because the kitchen is appointed with everything one could need for such an endeavor. The couch and living room is very comfortable, the bedrooms are clean and spacious. 10/10 would stay there again, and we will if our daughter decides to go to college there.
