Greg was a stellar host, providing everything and more of what we were expecting. He is friendly and welcoming, a top-notch communicator, responded to our queries, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The place was clean and very well appointed. Greg was an amazing host. We all really enjoyed our stay. He is very friendly and responsive. It is nice to not have to worry and know you have found a great spot. We come often as we have friends with a place and we look forward to staying here again.

The state was amazing! We were accommodated with snacks and clean, smelling linens. We are already planning another visit here. The location is perfect whether you’re fishing or walking to the grocery store or liquor store. :) The beach is clean, and Greg’s place had all of the accommodating features, beach towels, bath bombs, and so much more. We will definitely come back!

We had a women’s weekend in Rockport. Our stay at Aly-Kat’s Flip Flop Flat was perfect for us. The decor was so cute and the condo was sparkling clean!

Great place to take the family and enjoy the fun town of Rockport TX. The restaurant next door had great service and food! The flat was comfy and provided everything we needed for an fabulous stay.
