Forget your worries in this comfortable clean and warm 120 year old historic apartment. It is one half of a large historic home, and has its own entrance and exit and is entirely separate from the other space. It is very peaceful and quiet, and is a great spot to rest in. The location of this apartment is easy walking to all of downtown, restaurants, and shopping. We are pet friendly with a private fenced front yard for your pet! We also welcome responsible 420 use. This is Colorado!

This is a cozy space with a small yard that I utilized for my two dogs I brought. It’s the perfect location in Trinidad. Downtown Trinidad is just a couple blocks away! I would definitely stay again!
This place was so great to stay at for our weekend trip! So close to everything in town and felt like home! I will be coming back for another stay!
We extended our stay to rest up before heading home. It’s a peaceful spot and was perfect for that.
Such a great stay, we stayed an extra day. The front yard for my dog was perfect. It’s super close to Main St and lots of shops. Everything we needed was here.
I love the neighborhood and closeness to Main st. Robert was a great host. Very accommodating and took care of our concerns. It snowed while we were there and he kept the walkways clear. Thanks again Robert!

This quiet and charming neighborhood is just a few blocks walk from museums, post office, dining, dispensaries, the river walk, the dog park, and all else that Trinidad offers! Hiking, biking, exploring and more!
This duplex apartment offers on street parking, and possible off street parking on request. Also the place is so centrally located that walking and biking are nice options.
