Arnold fue muy respetuoso y atento cuando we le escribía. infortunadamente nunca nos vimos personalmente. El alojamiento esta impecable y bien diseñado. El único problema fue la atención grosera de la recepción del edificio, donde es difícil entender que no se le quiera abrir la puerta a un huésped para salir a desayunar y tener que pagar 5 mil pesos por oprimir un botón.

My favorite Airbnb out of the four I visited this trip to Colombia. The view is nice, the Location is great, the room is quiet. I extended my stay a second week and will come back again. It is a new room and there are a few things that could be improved. The Wi-Fi router Nebula1200-AC on the 4th floor is low quality and needs to be replaced. It cuts out when under load and only has 100 meg physical ports making the Wi-Fi poor. If you limit your usage to less than 5 meg, the router will be stable until someone else on the 4th floor exceeds 5 meg. The building has fiber internet but the Nebula1200-AC is a major limitation. I asked to put my own router in its place but was denied. There are no hangers or place to hang dress shirts up. The available times to do laundry are restricted to Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm. With only one machine on the floor, good luck finding it available during the short time window. Bees get in the room from the rooftop hives next door.
