Exactly as advertised. Gary was communicative and easy to work with. One mile walk to all the restaurants downtown. It is basically an in-law apartment and you can hear steps upstairs just as I am sure we could be heard a bit downstairs. No biggie for us as we expected this. Great value for what we needed (halfway between Lawson's and the Alchemist). Definitely recommend for shoulder season for a little visit!

Excellent location close to all that Waterbury has to offer, and an easy drive between Stowe/Sugarbush. Gary was a welcoming host, giving tips before our stay and reachable if we needed further info. The space was perfect for our needs, spacious bathroom and kitchenette to get us up and going in the mornings. Would absolutely return.

The perfect spot for our weekend trip. Central location only minutes from lots of restaurants and shops in Waterbury, and multiple ski resorts as well as Burlington a short drive away. The guest suite was clean and spacious, and check in was easy. Highly recommended!
