Outstanding newly designed loft with a terrace in the heart od Prague! A designer, high-end, luxurious maisonette with 3 rooms (2 bedrooms), covering an area of 140 m2 on the 5th floor with an elevator, located on Karolíny Světlé Street in Prague's Old Town. The building is situated close to the waterfront and the Vltava River, just a 2 minute walk from the National Theatre and tram stops, near Charles Bridge, and not far from Staroměstská metro station, Quadrio shopping center, as well as various restaurants and cafes. All the necessary amenities for your stay are available in the vicinity. The apartment is leased with premium furnishings, including a fully equipped kitchen with an island, a dining area, a comfortable sofa set, SMART TV, and Wi-Fi. Two fully furnished bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The apartment also features 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower). Throughout the apartment, there is air conditioning, wooden floors, ample storage space, high ceilings providing plenty of natural light, and a terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee.

Absolute A+ unit. Convenient, walkable location. Unit is clean, beautiful, and roomy. Very private. Very quiet. Very fair rental price. Slavek is a wonderful, responsive host. Offered much to do and see and eat….and Arranged our pickup and drop off at airport. Can’t recommend highly enough. Our visit to Prague was phenomenal.
Sehr schöne Wohnung, sauber und mit allem augestattet was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sensationell. Altstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Gastgeber hat uns die Wohnung gezeigt, alles erklärt was wir wissen müssen und hat uns hilfreiche Tipps zukommen lassen. Echt toll, kommen gerne wieder.

Äußerst schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Zentrums und die Kommunikation funktionierte auch wunderbar. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. (es stand sogar vorgekühltes Bier im Kühlschrank)
