Wake up with your morning coffee on the porch swing overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake. Located on the first floor is 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 twins. Upstairs you will find 2 more twins . Gather around the dining room table and enjoy a meal, just off the fully equipped kitchen, this will certainly be a favorite gathering place. You will need to navigate stairs to enjoy this property. This is a unique classic lake house with gorgeous outdoor spaces to enjoy the lake. Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description. Where pets are allowed where it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. * Outdoor amenities, including furniture/ watercraft/ fire pits, and boathouses are not available between October 15- May 15.
