The property and location was very good, the family was very friendly. The location is very near to Dal Lake, very safe and private. All amenities are functioning as described. Akif and his family tried their best to make our stay comfortable. There is power back up for lighting as well. There is no doubt that the property is providing more value than what we pays. But the guests should be aware that Srinagar is facing rolling power cuts lasting about 4 hours on every day, though it is beyond the control of the host. So you have to plan accordingly.

Akif managed us to provide one day's stay in between a schedule. We were also able to keep the luggage there in between. Thank you very much, Akif, for everything. Once gain, it is a very safe, accessible and affordable stay. Everything available at walking distance also, including fantastic restaurants and Dal Lake!

Beautiful surroundings and Beautiful home. Dal Lake is very near about 500 Mtrs. Akif and his father were helpful. transportation facilities and Eateries facilities are near about the place. However we have seen TVs are not seen anywhere and same in the room also. Water facilities is dependant on supply water only. So if no light no water.

Behaviour of staff was good. But drinking water supply should be provided. Our stay was for 3 days but water was provided only for first day as complimentary other days we need to buy. Also no facility of in house dinner or lunch. Only tea was available at call.
