This is a botanist's heaven as you explore the colourful backdrop to the Anjou at many spectacular parks, chateaux and villages .

Just 35kms from the city of Angers, 120kms from Nantes International Airport and 1.5 hours on the TGV from Paris. The local village of Thourace is just one minute's drive from the Chateau and contains not one but two boulangerie (bakery) and a decent sized supermarket.
